By engaging Anyware Technology LLC for IT services and technology solutions — including managed IT, cloud services, cybersecurity, helpdesk support, and related products — the client agrees to the scope of work outlined in their service agreement or statement of work. Anyware Technology LLC may adjust internal tooling, vendors, and methods used to deliver those services and products, provided the agreed outcomes and service levels are met.
IT projects, migrations, deployments, and support work can be influenced by third-party systems, vendor timelines, and the condition of existing infrastructure. Anyware Technology LLC will provide realistic timelines, status updates, and clear communication, but estimates are not legal warranties and may shift based on factors outside of our control.
Once invoices are fully paid, the client owns the data, configurations, and documentation created specifically for their environment. Anyware Technology LLC retains ownership of its internal tools, scripts, templates, runbooks, methodologies, and any pre-existing intellectual property used to deliver services and products.
